What payment methods do you accept?

When will my credit card be debited?

Your card will automatically be debited as soon as the order is placed.

 

How much will the shipping cost me?

Shipping costs range between $1.95-$9.95 depending on your location, order size, and other factors. If we are running a promotion, you may be eligible for free shipping over a certain order amount. 

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

At the moment, it takes between 1-4 weeks for delivery depending on where your order is shipping to. We are in the process of decreasing our shipping time. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

After your order ships out, you should receive an email with a tracking number. Click on that link, and you’ll be directed to a page where you can track your order.

Orders typically ship out within 2-3 business days. If you can't find your tracking number, please contact us. 

 

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we ship to the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland, and New Zealand. We may expand to other countries in the future.

 

What is your return policy?

If you receive a product that’s damaged or missing an item upon delivery, you’ll have 30 days to return it from the date of it being delivered. In the rare case that this occurs, please reach out to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

 

Do your items come with a guarantee?

We have a 30-day guarantee for all of the items on our site. If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery, please reach out to us and we’ll get you taken care of.
